The company founder, Emanuele Dalnodar is an Italian citizen, born in Merano, South Tyrol.
He has been working in the Hotel industry for over 30 years, gaining international experience in five star business and resort properties in Europe.
After obtaining a diploma from a technical high school for civil engineering in Italy, he started his career in the Hospitality Industry in Germany. There he gained substantial experience in the Food & Beverage area and in particular, in the Restaurant & Bar business.
Emanuele moved then to London, where he extended his Hotel knowledge into Accounting and into Conference & Banqueting. After living in London, he moved back to Germany and to Heidelberg. There he took up the position of Banquet Manager during the Hotel preopening time. Emanuele was promoted there to Food & Beverage Manager, and kept this position for three years, before moving as Food & Beverage Director to the Sheraton Muenchen Hotel and Towers.
Still in the same position, Emanuele moved in 1997 to the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel & Towers, contributing to the success of the Hotel and resulting in the EAME Sheraton Hotel of the year in 2002. He supported the expansion of Starwood Hotels in Poland and in East Europe by delivering F&B concepts and expertise, on given projects. In 2003 Emanuele opened the WESTIN Warsaw as an Executive Assistant Manager; the Hotel was then elected in 2005 ?Best Westin Hotel Worldwide?.
In 2006 Emanuele moved back to the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel as Resident Manager, fully responsible for the efficient running of the Hotel operation, and the Capital Investment Plan of the Hotel. At the end of October 2008, he left Starwood Hotels & Resort, to fulfil one of my dreams: To open his own Hotel Consultancy Company in Warsaw, Poland.
